    Now we have our dog and I get out each and every day.
    Been taking cod liver oil as well.

  2. My doctor tested my blood and said I need prescription strength Vitamin D from working inside 9am to 9pm every day.

  3. Thank You So Much. I was told in the hospital that my magnesium was so low that I should be throwing up. My whole baby had been falling apart since we moved to Alabama. There’s so much farming & pine trees, & pecan trees, & every kind of trees growing & cotton &’peanuts dirt in the air for 3 weeks when the peanuts are being processed. My tongue, lips, throat, uvula, feet legs & ankles all started swelling about the same time. My hands & arms started splotching & breaking out in whelps & itched & burned so bad. I’d scratch until it bruised. It’s been a trip without drugs. A Nightmare. Yes, I’m officially a hypochondriac & a complainer. Only Jesus can help me. Praise God for that!

Yeah and your doctor lied to you about toxicity levels cuz they don't want you to be healed they want to give you their chemicals from big pharma so stop listening you have to take vitamin D3 with K2 magnesium potassium is zinc is synergistically keeps it from being toxic in the body in other words it it's look except for heat stroke if you go out you can spend all day outside like farmers do and let's say you never got sunburned or heat stroked You're going to get so much vitamin D3 it's not even funny and it's not toxic at all so how can vitamin D3 be toxic at high levels when people are out in the sun all day long for years and years and years and they're they don't get cancer they're healthy so what what is that except for a heat stroke if you keep the hydration and rest and take your breaks when you're supposed to what were you talking about your your doctor took you off D3 for high tops of course he did cuz he doesn't want you to stop paying the copay

  5. How much vitamin D3 should we take, though? I have no idea how much vitamin D3 we should be taking to put our autoimmune diseases in remission? Thanks for telling us that, too!!! Had no clue that vitamin D3 could do all that stuff!!! Good to know!!! Good to learn as much as we can to keep healthy!!! I want to eat a lot healthier, so I never have to go through what my Dad did!!! He had a massive stroke, and that left his left side of his body paralyzed!!! He suffered so much!!! We (me and my Mom) made him feel as comfortable as we could!!! But, I can't imagine how rough it would be to just have a massive stroke one day and never be able to walk on your own again!!! A LOT of things totally changed for the day he had his stroke!!! His so-called doctor never prescribed a blood thinner after he had his carotid arteries surgery worked on (surgery to get rid of the plaque), and he ended up having a stroke because of his inaction and neglect!!! After my Dad had the stroke, we went to his doctor to ask him why he didn't prescribe a blood thinner!!! He said, "Yeah, I was actually planning on putting him on a blood thinner next time he came into my office!!! I was going to prescribe him one today at his appointment with me!!! He had a stroke due to having a blood clot, I think!!! A blood clot that could have been prevented from being on a blood thinner!!!" SMDH!!!
