  1. Thank you, Dr. Nick, for your videos on the importance of high dose Vitamin D3. I have been on 60,000 iu D3 for quite some time, and it has done wonders for reducing inflammation, sciatica, we7ght loss, and good quality sleep. I don't go any lower than 30,000 iu, and I seem to feel my best between 60,000 to 80,000 iu.

I vary my dosage throughout the year (depending on how I feel, etc.). Lower dosages seem to have little impact on my health. But I genuinely feel much better at those higher dosages. I just make sure I use D3 in conjunction with all the co-factors, such as Vitamin K2, Boron, Magnesium, Beta Carotene, and Zinc.😀

  2. hmmmmmm Vitamin D is an immune system REGULATOR Not sure that it makes it stronger. Which is WHY MS who's immune system is HYPER ACTIVE take Vitamin D. and MS is correlated to LOW Vitamin D and people who live in TROPICAL latitudes have LOW to ZERO MS people.

  3. I was taking 4000 – 6000 IU daily for about a month. Tried a bigger dose, 21,000iu and experienced a lot of anxiety. And felt kinda wired. That night I really struggled to sleep. Turns out some people can feel a lot of anxiety when the body isn't used to so much vit d. So back down to a smaller dose and slowly but steadily increasing vitamin D in my body. It's been working according to lab results. So just a warning to some. Though this is great for people who don't experience any of the negative side effects

  4. The solar race re-awakens!
    -Fast
    -eat meat, eggs and skin
    -chug that vitamine D3
    -venerate ancestors
    -protein over carbs
    -get that fish oil/omega 3
-zink. magnesium. potassium. copper. TAKE ITTTT
    etc

  5. My level was 15. I'm 77. Holy moly I need sleep. Everything hurts. I can't remember things on my tablet for one minute. I'm on therapeutic levels but my Dr prescribed vit d2. I sent him a message to get vitd3. I have no adrenal glands too. Not Addison's but lost to blood clots. Also have a pacemaker. I want to feel better. I'm adding some more vitd3 on my own. I'm tired of Drs never listening

  6. such a bs …been taking 1000 iu for past 15 years , I have been on stable sufficient level for more than a decade and non of the quality of life ever happened to me !

  7. Just taking Vit D is not enough. You need to make sure it is clean and comes from natural sources. Most supermarket vitamins are synthetic (supermarket vit c is a good example). If its cheap to buy then your body will simply pee it all out.

  8. There’s no way all of you are taking these excessive doses of Vitamin D and no kidney stones reported. I have a 10mm stone lodged in my kidney from a single dose of 50k IUs… yes I took Magnesium & K2…. But that stone is still lodged in my kidney and too deep to be removed. . Be careful with large doses… take less over long period of time instead of overdosing on it and hurting yourself

  9. High dose vitamin D doesn’t raise healthy vitamin D levels above what you get from a low dose pill for most people. The limiting factor for almost all people is the rate that consumed vitamin D can be metabolized, which is slow. The rest is just peed out or calcifies in the arteries and promotes cardiovascular disease. High dose versus nothing will raise your vitamin D. But high versus low makes no measurable difference. Vitamin D is meant to be absorbed from the sun. It’s the most effective and safest way to get it. Many people see a 500% increase in healthy vitamin D levels from 15 minutes of sun per day compared to the level they get from any sized pill.

  10. I’m taking 50,000 iu daily for therapeutic purposes. My toe nail fungus has gone away. My psoriasis is healed and the clicking in my right shoulder is now gone. I feel great and my knees no longer hurt. I recently started walking 4-5 miles a day and have so much more energy. Something else I noticed, I can be out in the sun for longer periods of time without burning.

  11. Vitamin D 5000units are so cheap. This is a no brainer.
If you live in the northern hemisphere you are most likely needing vitamin D. These vitamin D tablets are literally pennies each and 10,000 units per day in my first week I already felt better at age 74. It improves immunity and many other health benefits.
You can buy an entire years supply very cheaply. It is so easy and the benefits are huge.

  12. 14 days? Been taking 10,000IU's minimum for over 5 YEARS now. If I am feeling like I'm coming down with anything or if I have been around large groups of people or anyone who is sick, I up that to 20,000IUs a day. Of course I match that with the appropriately balanced supplement of K2 along with Zinc and Magnesium, and a Trace Mineral formula.

  13. So explain me ty1t

Case summary: Heister et al. reported a 53-year-old woman with multiple sclerosis who developed severe vitamin D intoxication after taking approximately 30,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day for 16 weeks. On admission, her serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration was 663 nmol/L (about 265 ng/mL), and she had a life-threatening hypercalcemic crisis with acute kidney injury. Her total calcium was reported at about 3.7 mmol/L. Standard measures were insufficient, and she ultimately required extracorporeal treatments including plasma exchange and high cut-off hemodialysis. The case illustrates that prolonged very high-dose vitamin D intake can produce extreme 25-OH-vitamin D levels, severe hypercalcemia, and renal injury.

  14. Has put my auto immune illness into remission at 10000iu worked in a week. Had to be on steroids for 6 months. Left me wrecked and starts soon as I stop taking them.. But vitd3 is nature's steroid. 🙌😍🌟🌞

  15. I started taking 5000 iu a day and it changed my entire outlook on life. Like I must have been abysmally deficient. Like my mindset went from glass half empty to glass half full. Do I still get sad about stuff sure, but Im not actually depressed anymore.

  16. Please guys don't forget that after mega dosing for a while check your levels and if theyre in your ideal range ofcsay 70 to 80 which is optional for health you can now reduce the dose to a maintenance dose of 2500iu daily to keep you at that sweet spot if not those mega doses will just keep raising your blood levels and cause you unnecessary complications like calcium in your arteries

  17. Just another shill. The results were clear. When the dose was high enough, vitamin D3 was deadly. Cholecalciferol wasn’t just a nutrient; it was a potent biological agent, capable of slowly calcifying organs and killing mammals. In fact, the very same compound ,cholecalciferol, was soon patented and sold as rat poison. Dr. DeLuca & Dr. Holick. Bold-faced lies on blood tests to tell us we're deficient. We are not.

  18. Been taking 30k vit d3 + k2 and coconut softgels for 2 or 3 weeks now and my skin has never been better , need to drink over 2 litres or 2.5litres which helps skin anyway and take copper, magnesium glycinate, pottasium tablets and also electrolyte powder in my drinks.

  19. I’m just starting week 5 of 30,000iu d3, 400mg magnesium glycinate, 300mcg MENA7 k2, zinc, selenium & coQ10 & my TSH has dropped from 15 to 6, my sleep has drastically improved, my hair is growing back, my energy & mood are great, my anxiety is almost non existent & my skin is glowing.

  20. the issue with high levels of vitamin D3 is the max daily absorption for k2 is only around 200mg, so that's not enough to support say a daily 30,000 IU of D3. Not having enough k2 for mega dose of D3 is a risk
