  1. It’s true … the more the amount of melanin in the skin the more exposure to the sun is needed … light skinned people need less time as more light penetrates the skin due to less melanin .

  2. In India, while many people go out in sun but yet are deficient in Vitamin D. Key reason is incorrect exposure. When we step out of the house, we wear shirt, trousers, jackets and so on and only some portion of face is exposed. It also depends on time of exposure and latitude of the place where you live in. What is important is to cover say 20 to 30% of your body and let remaining area get fully exposed just for 10 minutes a day or say around 1 hour a week, regularly. Also note, there should be no cloud or wind when getting exposure. Secondly, raising sun is better than setting sun, so best time would be say 10-11 during winters especially in North India or 8 to 9 in North during summers or in South.

  3. Agr white skin bale 10 minutes daily dhup me beth kar dark skin bale ban gaye to kya fir unhe 1hr bethna pdega….. DEEP THOUGHT😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
