Vitamin D is so important that it’s the only vitamin your body produces, yet most of you are deficient.
(Follow @dr.nickzyrowski for daily health tips)
42% of people are deficient, meaning they are in a severe deficiency.
What that doesn’t account for is everyone with a moderate deficiency. Which is nearly everyone else.
I really try to impress upon you with this information how important it is for you to make sure these basic areas of human health are covered. Vitamin D sufficiency is too easy not to address, but the lack of awareness on this topic is devastating.

I am low on vitamin D, but I have severe depression and I don’t know if that’s related. My doctor wants me to take 5000 units a day but I’m gonna take 50,000.
Took 300.000 on two days in a row… Since then, I have had it much easier to get out of bed in the morning and a quicker wakeup procedure 😂 !! My overall will to do something is higher since!

If you want totake higher doses of Vitamin D. Make sure your getting a good vitamin K2 mk7 to go with the vitamin D. The K helps the D go where it's supposed to go.
You should have noted that the vitamin D test should not be a blood test because that is only testing the reservoir in the kidney not the form of vitamin D usable by your body.
5.000 U.I Vit. D3 + K2
Results:
Incredible pain in my left foot, I barely could walk
Incredible pain in my left wrist, no more dips
When I stopped, every symptom vanished.
Each one is different!
NEVER forget to take Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2! ALWAYS take them together!
Are the normal ranges for vitamin D accurate in standard blood tests? I think they are, but I know some aren't.

Now wonder I feel good my vit d levels were at 21 commute over 30 minutes long we're draining and very tiring my workouts took 3 weeks to recover from I was always in a bad mood now I feel so much happier I can work up to an hour away from home and feel good and even my workout recovery is up to 1 to 2 days vitamin D is not only a supplement but holistic doctor told me it is a hormone that keeps your bones strong and Immunity even stronger it also helps with recovery so yes it makes a huge difference
Other sources say you won't feel a difference until 10 weeks. I hope it is actually 14 days
I’m prescribed vitamin D from my doc. It helps. I definitely feel the difference when I don’t take it as scheduled.
About 30 yrs ago they were pushing vit D and Ca for iguanas. After supplementing them most ended up almost petrified.
I have taken 50,000 iu daily for years and never get ill. Also k2 nightly magnesium, and other supplements as well
What would happen in your body if you stopped eating sugar, and processed foods and went outside to walk in the sun?

I’ve been talking 50,000IU/day of Vitamin D3 for almost 4 years! My latest reading was 127 but it’s been as low as 93!
