@Drpal I checked several articles and I got to know that 600 UI of vitamin D is a medical error!!..the actual requirement of body should be more than 30mg per kilogram so it's way to much…please check on this and request you that you provide an update. Due to the vitamin D deficiency and inflammation lot of autoimmune disease and conditions developed in this generation..please educate people.

So you’re telling us to get 600 IU per day a vitamin D? But if you go out in the sun for 20 minutes, you get 10,000 IUs of vitamin D. Explain to me why 600. I use a vitamin D is sufficient when we were made to be outside all day hunting and gathering getting tens of thousands of our use of vitamin D a day. now somehow we only need 600? Maybe it’s not a coincidence everybody is feeling like shit and has no immune system. At least take 4000 IU of vitamin D and 100 MCG of vitamin K2 and some magnesium glycinate. You will fill the effects and you will feel better and recover quicker. they’ve already proven they made an error when they were coming up with a 600 IU per day. They said the new number would be closer to 8995 IU of vitamin D per day for the average person. If you’re taking 600 IU of vitamin D without vitamin K2 to direct it into your Bones and teeth, you’re wasting your money. 600 isn’t enough to do anything and without the direction of K2, it doesn’t get where it’s needing to go and the magnesium glycinate will help with absorption also. I’m not a doctor. That’s why I’m telling the truth.

vit D is very important. so better take in supplements. sun exposure and diet are not practically possible to fulfill daily requirements. BTW mushroom has vit D2 but vit D3 is very important which we can get thru 30 min exposure to sunlight and proper diet (you can google which foods have most vit d3 and eat accordingly)
